Columbus, Ohio, June 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.31 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due June 1, 2018 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 12.6% if Amazon stock closes at or above the barrier level, 75% of the initial share price, on the observation date for that quarter.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless Amazon finishes below the 75% barrier level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above initial level on any interest payment date.
