Bank of America calls $1.5 million notes tied to Amazon.com, JPMorgan

Madison, Wis., Sept. 20 - Bank of America Corp. said it will redeem in full its $1.5 million of outstanding autocallable notes due June 23, 2014 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. on Sept. 24.

The notes (Cusip: 06051R352) will be redeemed at par of $10.00 plus a conditional quarterly coupon of $0.50625.
