New Issue: Barclays sells $1.5 million barrier fixed-coupon notes on three stocks
Chicago, April 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.5 million of 11.4% barrier fixed-coupon notes due March 20, 2023 linked to the common stocks of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, Amazon.com, Inc. and YETI Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 60% barrier level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least performing stock from the initial level.
