New York, Sept. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.68 million of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due Oct. 14, 2021 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc. according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the stock gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 34%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
