Morgan Stanley redeems $12 million contingent income notes on Amazon

Madison, Wis., June 4 - Morgan Stanley said it redeemed all $12 million of its contingent income autocallable securities due Feb. 27, 2013 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc.

The securities (Cusip: 61760T454) were redeemed on May 31 at par of $10.00 plus a contingent quarterly payment of $0.2875.
