New Issue: Russia's Alrosa Finance prices $1 billion 7¾% notes due 2020 at par

Atlanta, Oct. 29 - Russia's Alrosa Finance SA priced $1 billion notes due Nov. 3, 2020 (Ba3/BB/BB) at par to yield 7¾%, a market source said.

JPMorgan, UBS and VTB Capital were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Alrosa Finance is a finance subsidiary of Moscow-based Alrosa Co. Ltd., a state-owned diamond mining company.
