Allstate's series D 6.625% preferreds admitted to trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Dec. 27 - Allstate Corp.'s 6.625% series D fixed-rate noncumulative perpetual preferred stock issued via Incapital LLC's Leopards program has been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The preferreds trade under the symbol "ALL PRD."

The company priced $115.13 million of the preferreds on Dec. 9.

The securities were sold as $25-par depositary shares each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of preferred stock.

As previously reported, proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Allstate is a Northbrook, Ill.-based insurance company.
