Alliance Gaming looks to amend loan to change some covenants

New York, Nov. 30 - Alliance Gaming Corp. is seeking to amend its senior credit facility to gain additional flexibility in some covenants, according to a company news release.

The company attributed its decision to try to amend its loan to "recent operating results" and hopes to close on the amendment by year-end.

Alliance Gaming is a Las Vegas-based diversified gaming company.
