Malaysia’s Alliance Bank redeems RM 600 million subordinated notes

Morgantown, W.Va., April 8 – Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd. redeemed in full its RM 600 million subordinated medium-term notes on Friday, according to a Bursa Malaysia announcement.

The 10-year notes were issued in April 2011 under the bank’s RM 1.5 billion subordinated MTN program.

The Malaysian bank is based in Kuala Lumpur.
