Lexington, Ky., Nov. 16 – Aker ASA sold NOK 500 million of 10-year green bonds, according to multiple notices.
The issuance was done in two parts, a NOK 300 million initial part and a NOK 200 million add-on, both of which took place on Nov. 16.
The bond priced with a coupon of 6.3%, or mid-swaps plus 295 basis points.
The add-on priced at 100.418. No issue price was listed for the initial bonds.
DNB Markets was the arranger for the initial issuance and SEB arranged the add-on.
Aker is an Oslo-based holding company engaged in offshore fishing, construction and engineering.
