Air Transport Services extends loans to 2020 and increases revolver

Tacoma, Wash., May 13 – Air Transport Services Group, Inc. amended its credit agreement on Friday to extend the maturity date of the term loan and revolving credit facility to May 5, 2020 and to increase the revolver to $325 million from $275 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment also increases the limit on certain other debt to $150 million from $100 million and eases some restrictions on investments in domestic entities.

The credit amendment continues to have a $50 million accordion feature.

SunTrust Bank is the administrative agent. Regions Bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the syndication agents.

Air Transport is a Wilmington, Ohio-based provider of aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation and related services.
