New Issue: Hong Kong’s AIA sells $500 million 3.9% notes due 2028

Morgantown, W.Va., April 3– AIA Group Ltd. priced $500 million of 3.9% notes due 2028 under its recently launched $6 billion global medium-term note program, according to a notice.

Barclays, BNP Paribas and Citigroup are the joint bookrunners with Morgan Stanley as global coordinator.

Listing of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to become effective on April 9.

AIA is a pan-Asian life insurance group based in Hong Kong.
