7677 East Berry Avenue Chapter 7 case officially closed by court

Bethlehem, Pa., Dec. 29 – 7677 East Berry Avenue Associates LP's Chapter 7 case has been closed, according to an order issued Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The order further said the estate has been entirely administered and that trustee Glen R. Anstine is discharged.

Also, Anstine filed the final report, indicating no funds are available for distribution, according to a Monday filing with the court.

According to the filing, assets abandoned amount to $168,378,173.68, claims discharged without payment total $61,802,082.23 and gross, net receipts and total expenses of administration each amount to $147,771.74.

7677 East Berry, Everest Holdings, LLC and EDC Denver I, LLC are the owners of the Landmark Residential Condominium tower in Denver. The companies filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 28, 2009. The Chapter 11 case number is 09-28000.
