7677 East Berry disclosure statement hearing adjourned to Sept. 9

Pittsburgh, Aug. 4 - 7677 East Berry Avenue Associates, LP's disclosure statement hearing has been postponed to Sept. 9 from Aug. 12, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The deadline to file objections to the proposal was extended to Sept. 2 from Aug. 5.

The company said Tuesday that Hypo Real Estate Capital Corp., its debtor-in-possession lender and the proposed purchaser of substantially all of its assets, has agreed to the extensions.

7677 East Berry, Everest Holdings, LLC and EDC Denver I, LLC are the owners of the Landmark Residential Condominium tower in Denver. The companies filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 28, 2009. The Chapter 11 case number is 09-28000.
