ZoomInfo launches $600 million term loan B amendment and extension

New York, Feb. 13 – ZoomInfo LLC held a lender call at 2 p.m. ET on Monday to launch a $600 million term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the left lead arranger on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to amend and extend an existing term loan B.

ZoomInfo is a Vancouver, Wash.-based provider of sales and marketing data.
