Fitch upgrades Zurich’s units debt

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded the long-term ratings of the senior bonds secured by Zurich Insurance Co. and issued by Cloverie plc to AA- from A+.

Concurrently, the agency raised the long-term ratings of the subordinated notes secured by Zurich Insurance Co. and issued by Cloverie and by Aquarius + Investments plc to A from A-.

The ratings actions follow the recent upgrade of Zurich Insurance Co., Fitch said.
