Madison, Wis., July 24 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 400 million baht of 3.95% debentures on Thursday.
The two-year debentures were priced at par.
Siam Commercial Bank PCL and United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL were the underwriters.
Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 7 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2015. This is the first tranche under the approved debentures.
The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
