Univision Communications to hold call Wednesday for refinancing

New York, Feb. 5 - Univision Communications Inc. is set to hold a call on Wednesday to launch a refinancing of its bank debt, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is leading the deal.

Univision is a Los Angeles-based Spanish-language media company.
