New Issue: University of Cincinnati sells $89.04 million general receipts bonds

New York, Feb. 15 - The University of Cincinnati sold $89.04 million of series 2012 general receipts bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The deal was upsized from $67.4 million.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through senior manager RBC Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2031 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the university.
