Lehman to price 3% Yeelds linked to UnitedHealth

New York, May 15 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is planning to price an issue of 3% Yeelds (Yield Enhanced Equity-Linked Debt Securities) due May 19, 2008 linked to UnitedHealth Group Inc. stock, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid monthly.

Payout at maturity will be, at Lehman's option, a number of UnitedHealth shares equal to the settlement share numbers during the averaging period or the lesser of the stock gain or an equity cap price of 144.5% of par in cash.

The settlement date is expected to be on or around May 18.

Lehman Brothers, the underwriter, will have an over-allotment option.
