New Issue: UBS prices $3.69 million 8.3% trigger yield notes linked to Russell 2000, SPDR ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 11 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.69 million of 8.3% trigger yield notes due Oct. 2, 2025 linked to the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of any underlier is less than 65% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
