New Issue: UBS prices $2.76 million airbag in-digital securities linked to Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., May 31 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.76 million of 0% airbag in-digital securities due July 10, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its digital barrier, 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.75%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines below 10%.
