Jones Lang calls for September redemption of notes due November
Chicago, Sept. 1 – Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. will redeem all $275 million outstanding of its 4.4% notes due November 2022 (Cusip: 48020QAA5) on Sept. 30, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are being called at par. Accrued interest will also be paid up to the redemption date.
Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
Jones Lang LaSalle is a Chicago-based real estate investment trust that owns apartment, industrial, office, retail and other properties.
