Centurion to redeem remaining S$6.25 million notes due 2024 early

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 1 – Singapore’s Centurion Corp. Ltd. plans to redeem all remaining S$6.25 million of its series 005 fixed-rate notes due 2024 (ISIN: SGXF64838828) early, according to a notice on Thursday.

The redemption is expected to take place on the April 12 interest payment date at par plus the interest payment due.

According to the notice, noteholders will receive a formal notice of early redemption no later than March 21.

Centurion, formerly known as SM Summit Holdings Ltd., is a workers accommodation provider based in Singapore.
