NortonLifeLock repurchases 16% of 2% convertible notes due 2022

Chicago, March 23 – NortonLifeLock Inc. repurchased $100 million of its 2% senior convertible notes due in August (ISIN: US668771AB40, previously US668771AA66), according to a notice.

The company paid $1,389.22 per $1,000 note on March 22.

There are now $525 million of the notes remaining.

NortonLifeLock notes it is buying Avast plc, announced on Aug. 10, 2021.

The issuer is a Tempe, Ariz.-based provider of consumer cyber safety.
