Engie Energia Chile’s tender offer expires for 5 5/8% notes due 2021

Chicago, Jan. 23 – Engie Energia Chile SA announced the expiration of its tender offer for any and all of its outstanding $400 million 5 5/8% notes due 2021 (Cusip: 268270AA3).

The offer expired at 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 22.

As of the expiration time, noteholders had tendered and not validly withdrawn $193,272,000 principal amount of notes.

The company did not receive any notices of guaranteed delivery.

The company plans on paying the tender offer consideration of $1,034.50 per $1,000 principal amount plus interest on Jan. 28.

BofA Securities, Inc. (800 292-0070 or 646 855-8988), Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (800 558-3745 or 212 723-6106) and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. (800 372-3930 or 212 225-5559) are the dealer managers for the tender offer.

Global Bondholder Services Corp. (866 470-3700 and 212 430-3774) is the tender and information agent.
