Bonitron announces Eurotorg buyback offer for some 8¾% LPNs due 2022

Los Angeles, Feb. 20 – Bonitron DAC said that Eurotorg LLC as borrower will launch an offer to repurchase up to $6 million of the 8¾% loan participation notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1577952010) issued by Bonitron.

The buyback offer will begin on Feb. 21 and end on March 31.

Of the original $350 million principal amount, $340,361,000 remains outstanding, with $77,684,000 held by Eurotorg.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. It issued the notes on behalf of Eurotorg, a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
