Andrade Gutierrez cancels tender offer, consent for 11% notes

Chicago, Nov. 18 – Brazil’s Andrade Gutierrez International SA announced the termination of its tender offer and consent solicitation for its $356,348,680 of 11% senior secured PIK toggle notes due 2021, according to a company news release.

The cancellation is based on the failure to meet certain conditions. All notes validly tendered will be returned to the tendering noteholders.

The company expects to announce a revised transaction based on investor feedback shortly.
