Demire starts change-of-control offer for 2 7/8% notes due 2022

New York, May 16 – Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG announced a change-of-control tender offer for its €400 million of 2 7/8% senior notes due 2022.

The company is offering €1,010 per €1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest, according to a notice.

The tender will end at 5 a.m. ET on June 14, and settlement is planned for the same day.
