Atlas Senior Loan Fund VII set to refinance secured notes on Nov. 30

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 1 – Atlas Senior Loan Fund VII, Ltd./Atlas Senior Loan Fund VII, LLC plans to redeem all classes of its secured notes due 2028 from refinancing proceeds on Nov. 30, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed:

• $2.5 million of class X notes;

• $248 million of class A notes;

• $40 million of class B-1 notes;

• $10 million of class B-2 notes;

• $24.5 million of class C-1 notes;

• $4.5 million of class C-2 notes;

• $20 million of class D notes; and

• $19 million of class E notes.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.

Atlas will issue new class X-R, A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R and E-R notes.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

New York-based Crescent Capital Group LP is the collateral manager.
