Silver Spring CLO to redeem eight classes of rated notes on Oct. 15

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 26 – Silver Spring CLO Ltd./Silver Spring CLO LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem its rated notes in whole from sale proceeds, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Oct. 15 at par plus accrued interest:

• $256,049,320 of class A-R notes for a redemption price of $258,372,372.19;

• $36.9 million of class B-1-R notes for a redemption price of $37,286,082.95;

• $10 million of class B-2-R notes for a redemption price of $10,090,350;

• $10 million of class C-1-R notes for a redemption price of $10,128,643.41;

• $11.1 million of class C-2-R notes for a redemption price of $11,226,567.75;

• $22.7 million of class D notes for a redemption price of $23,032,186.94;

• $20.7 million of class E notes for a redemption price of $21,078,790.62; and

• $4.1 million of class F notes for a redemption price of $4,178,135.33.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.
