Credit Europe Bank calls its 8% subordinated notes due 2023

New York, Dec. 19 – Credit Europe Bank NV will redeem its $400 million of 8% subordinated notes due 2023 on Jan. 24, according to an announcement from the issuer.

The issuer will pay par plus accrued interest.

Credit Europe Bank is an Amsterdam-based lender operating in Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates.
