Mack-Cali intends to redeem all $135.14 million 7.75% notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 29 – Mack-Cali Realty Corp. operating partnership Mack-Cali Realty, LP plans to redeem all $135,136,000 of its 7.75% notes due Aug. 15, 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 115.3136579 plus accrued interest on Dec. 29 for a total redemption price of $159,728,563.

The company expects to fund the redemption using borrowings from its unsecured revolving credit facility and available cash.

Wilmington Trust Co. is the trustee and paying agent.

Mack-Cali is a Jersey City, N.J., real estate investment trust that operates waterfront and transit-based office and luxury multi-family assets.
