Missouri HEFA defeases $130 million of 2008A CoxHealth revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 22 – The Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority defeased $130 million of its series 2008A health facilities revenue bonds issued for CoxHealth, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 15, 2018:
• $3.9 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2022;
• $4.02 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2023;
• $4,165,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2024;
• $4,385,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2025;
• $22,805,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2029;
• $30,635,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2033; and
• $60.09 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2039.
