Esterline to redeem all outstanding 7% senior notes due 2020

Columbus, Ohio, June 18 – Esterline Corp. is calling of its outstanding 7% senior notes due 2020, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed Aug. 4, and holders of the notes should receive notices on or about June 22.

Wells Fargo, NA is the trustee.

Esterline is a Bellevue, Wash.-based supplier of equipment, technology and services that specializes in avionics and controls, sensors and systems, and advanced materials for the aerospace and defense sectors.
