UAE’s Dana Gas buys back $12.8 million more 9% sukuk, $2.2 million 7% exchangeables in August

Chicago, Aug. 27 – Dana Gas PJSC said it bought back in August another $12.8 million of the 9% ordinary Regulation S sukuk issued by Dana Gas Sukuk Ltd. and $2.2 million of 7% exchangeable Regulation S sukuk.

This brings the buyback tally to $27.1 million, according to a company notice.

As of Aug. 5, the company had bought back $12.1 million of the 9% sukuk with repurchases of $5.1 million of sukuk in August and another $7 million of sukuk in July.

Dana Gas is a natural gas company based in the United Arab Emirates.
