Octagon Investment to redeem four classes of notes, preferred shares

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 5 – Octagon Investment Partners IX, Ltd. will redeem its $85.67 million of notes and its preferred shares on Oct. 23, according to a notice.

The redemptions are at the direction of a majority of the preferred shareholders.

To be redeemed at par plus accrued interest are:

• $30,673,461.56 of class A-1 notes;

• $14 million of class A-2 notes;

• $20 million of class B notes; and

• $21.2 million of class C notes.

The preferred shares will be redeemed at an amount equal to all of the proceeds from the disposition of all collateral remaining after the payment of the notes and administrative and other fees expenses.

Octagon Investment Partners IX, LLC is a co-issuer.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee and preference share paying agent.
