Portland, Ore., defeases $101.28 million sewer system revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 15 – The City of Portland, Ore., defeased $101.28 million of its 2004 series A first-lien sewer system revenue bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par on Oct. 1:
• $8.09 million of bonds due June 1, 2015;
• $8.51 million of bonds due June 1, 2016;
• $8.9 million of bonds due June 1, 2017;
• $9.31 million of bonds due June 1, 2018;
• $9.79 million of bonds due June 1, 2019;
• $10.29 million of bonds due June 1, 2020;
• $10.77 million of bonds due June 1, 2021;
• $11.29 million of bonds due June 1, 2022;
• $11.86 million of bonds due June 1, 2023; and
• $12.47 million of bonds due June 1, 2024.
U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent.
