California Pollution Control's 2010A, 2010B Republic Services bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, Oct. 16 - The California Pollution Control Financing Authority said its $164.86 million of series 2010A and 2010B solid waste refunding revenue bonds issued for the Republic Services, Inc. Project are subject to mandatory tender, according to a notice.
On Nov. 1, the authority will purchase $144,205,000 of 2010A (AMT) 0.95% bonds due Aug. 1, 2023 and $20,655,000 of 2010B (non-AMT) 0.7% bonds due Aug. 1, 2024.
The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and tender agent.
