Delta Air Lines calls remaining $66.27 million 11¾% second-lien notes

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 19 - Delta Air Lines, Inc. will redeem all $66,274,000 of its 11¾% senior second-lien notes due 2015 remaining after the company's tender offer on the notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 17 at par plus an 8.813% premium for a total price of $1,088.13 per $1,000 principal amount. The company will also pay accrued interest up to the redemption date.

As previously reported, holders tendered $239.9 million of the $306,185,000 11¾% notes by the early tender deadline on Oct. 15. The tender offer will expire at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 29.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.

The airline company is based in Atlanta.
