China's Texhong Textile buys back $1 million of 7 5/8% notes due 2016

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 30 - Texhong Textile Group Ltd. repurchased $1 million of its 7 5/8% senior notes due Jan. 19, 2016 in the open market, according to a company news release.

This brings the amount of notes repurchased in open-market transactions to $2 million.

The company priced $200 million of the notes in January 2011 at par.

Texhong Textile is a cotton and spandex fabric supplier based in Shanghai.
