Comforce buys back $6 million 12% notes
New York, April 19 - Comforce Corp. said it bought back $6.0 million principal amount of its 12% senior notes due 2007 for $6.1 million.
Funding for the repurchase came from the company's bank facility.
Comforce, a Woodbury, N.Y.-based provider of high-tech professional staffing, consulting and outsourcing services, said that including the most recent transaction it has reduced its public debt to $58.4 million from $138.8 million since June 30, 2000.
