Columbus, Ohio, March 14 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $27.75 million of floating-rate notes due March 10, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is the two-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate plus a spread of 105 basis points, subject to a floor of 0.5%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued and unpaid interest.
