Theseus European CLO SA set to redeem its notes due 2022 on Aug. 29

Columbus, Ohio, July 27 – Theseus European CLO SA will redeem its eight classes of notes due 2022 at the direction of holders of a majority of its class F subordinated notes, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The notes will be Aug. 29 and include

• €135 million class A1 senior secured floating rate notes;

• €90 million class A2A senior secured floating rate notes;

• €10 million class A2B senior secured floating rate notes;

• €16 million class B senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• €19 million class C senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• €11 million class D senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• €15 million class E senior secured deferrable floating rate notes; and

• €35 million class F subordinated notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
