New Issue: RBC prices $6.28 million 17% buffered notes linked to AMD, Roku, Tesla

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 12 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $6.28 million of 17% buffered notes due Jan. 23, 2026 linked to the stock performance of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., Roku, Inc. and Tesla, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid monthly.
If each stock finishes at or above its 80% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 20%.
