Fitch rates Thai ORIX Leasing bonds AAA(tha)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected national long-term rating of AAA(tha) to guaranteed bonds of up to Thai baht 1 billion to be issued by Thai ORIX Leasing Co. Ltd.

The expected rating on the bond is based entirely on guarantees provided by ORIX Corp., which is rated A-.

The outlook is stable.
