Moody’s changes TerraForm AP to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Ba3 rating on TerraForm AP Acquisition Holdings, LLC's senior secured term loan and changed the outlook to stable from negative.

Moody’s said the stable outlook reflects its expectation of improved operating performance resulting in consolidated DSCR in the 1.3 times to 1.4 times range and consolidated FFO to debt in excess of 6%.
