Tudor seeks to arrange C$6 million private placement

Des Moines, Aug. 21 - Tudor Corp. Ltd. is in negotiations for a C$6 million private placement, according to a company news release.

Proceeds will be used for a 20-well drilling program.

Tudor is an oil and gas company based in Calgary, Alta.
