Trump to seek loan lender OK for sale of Trump Indiana

New York, Nov. 4 - Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. will seek consent from the lenders under its $500 million credit facility for the sale of Trump Indiana Inc. to The Majestic Star Casino LLC, according to a company news release.

Under the agreement, Majestic would purchase Trump Indiana, a subsidiary that owns and operates the riverboat casino and hotel at Buffington Harbor in Gary, Ind., for $253 million.

The sale is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Trump is an Atlantic City, N.J.-based gaming company.
