Some T. Rowe Price funds get new investment advisory chair in October

San Diego, April 10 - T. Rowe Price announced portfolio management changes for several of its funds in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective Oct. 1, David J. Eiswert will replace Robert N. Genseler as the portfolio manager and chairman of the investment advisory committee for the T. Rowe Price Global Stock Fund, T. Rowe Price Global Stock Fund - Advisor Class and T. Rowe Price Institutional Global Equity Fund.

Eiswert has served as an equity research analyst for T. Rowe Price since 2003 and a portfolio manager since 2008. His investment experience dates from 2000.

In addition, Joshua K. Spencer will replace Eiswert as the portfolio manager and chairman of the fund's investment advisory committee for the T. Rowe Price Global Technology Fund.

Spencer has served as an equity research analyst at T. Rowe Price covering the technology industry since 2004, and his investment experience dates from 1998.

Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price is the funds' investment adviser.
